Terms of Use
LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 19, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website. They don't replace the written agreement we'll make with you for any project.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by High Basin Design LLC, doing business as High Basin Solutions, Bountiful, Utah. Contact: aaron.tibbitts@outlook.com.
2. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Please don't try to disrupt it, access it in ways it isn't meant to be accessed, or use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
3. Information, not advice
The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice. In particular, an AI safety audit is a starting-point review of how your business uses AI. It is not a legal or compliance certification and does not guarantee any outcome.
4. AI has limits
AI tools can produce errors, and results depend on the data and instructions they are given. Where we build or recommend AI tools, a person should review important outputs before they are relied on or sent to customers. The examples shown on this website are illustrations and are not real client work.
5. Services, fees, and refunds
The first consultation is free and creates no obligation on either side. This website does not take payments.
For any project, the scope, fees, payment terms, and any cancellation or refund terms will be set out in a written proposal or agreement that you accept before work begins. That agreement governs the work, and if it conflicts with these terms, it takes priority.
6. Our content
The text, design, and logo on this website belong to High Basin Design LLC or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.
7. No warranty, and limits on liability
This website is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
